How to set up Email Client

With ClickEshop Email hosting services you can access your email from almost any location with an internet connection. Whether you're using a desktop computer, notebook, tablet or mobile phone, you can set up access to your email from all of these devices.

 

Active user receives a notification email with the following information:

  • Name of Email Address (info@domain.com)
  • Link to webmail https://webmail.clickeshop.com
  • User name (may be different from the email address name)
  • Password
  • IMAP setup (incoming mail)
    • IMAP server host: mail.clickeshop.com
    • IMAP port: 993
    • Connection security: SSL
    • Authentication method: Normal password
  • SMTP setup (outgoing mail)
    • SMTP server host: mail.clickeshop.com
    • SMTP port: 587
    • Connection security: TLS
    • Authentication method: Normal password

 

All information contained in the notification email you will use while setting up email client on your device. If you have a mail client installed on your device and you already have configured access to another mail, you can easily add another account to an existing mail client.

If you do not have any mail client software installed on your device, we recommend to download and install free email client software such as Mozilla Thunderbird, which can be run on the same device simultaneously with other mail clients.
