How to set up Microsoft Outlook and ClickEshop Email hosting
To properly connect email box it is required to set following the values and parameters after openning Outlook:
- click "File", then "Account Settings" and again select "Account Settings ..."and the Tab „E-mail“ button „New...“
- or select File - click Add Account (depends on your MS Outlook version)
- click "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click "Next"
- select Internet E-mail and click Next
- enter Your Name and E-mail Address
- choose IMAP as your account type
- for Incoming mail server (IMAP), enter mail.clickeshop.com
- for Outgoing mail server (SMTP), enter mail.clickeshop.com
- In the "User Name" field, enter your User name. (Please note that the user name may not be the same as email address)
- In the "Password" field, fill in the password you received after you created the email
- click "Remember password" and "Require logon using secure password verification (SPA)"
- click "More Settings"
- select Outgoing Server and then My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and "Use same settings as my incomming mail server"
- Select "Advanced"
- for "Incoming server (IMAP)" enter 993 and for encrypted connection select SSL
- for "Outgoing server (SMTP)" enter 587 and for encrypted connection select TLS
- click OK and then Finish
- or click "Next"and the new window for the "Automatically test account settings" will apper. When the "Login to Incoming Email (IMAP)" and "Send Test Email" tasks are successful click the "Close" button. Once you've successfully set up your email account, click 'Finish.'
