Offline interface

With the offline interface, there is a possibility to determine what information will be exported from the Webshop and vice versa imported into the Webshop. How does it work?

Using offline interface is very simple. It works towards the Webshop as well as from the Webshop. Mostly used is the export from the Webshop, where there are recorded all categories, products, orders and invoices. When exporting from the Webshop, you can go to the global settings, section Customers in the "Orders / Invoices" menu where you can mark orders and invoices that you want to export and then by selecting the type of accounting type the data will be exported into the required format (eg XML, CSV. ..). After that, the file or files will be imported into the accounting system. Similarly it works when importing into the Webshop, where first the required data are exported and then through global settings - section Bulk import the required items will be imported into the Webshop.
