Set up own DOMAIN

1) Transfer domain

We can transfer your domain under your ClickEshop account and we will arrange domain settings for you.

If you run a website or webshop on ClickEshop, it is recommended to transfer your domain under your ClickEshop account to ensure security and high service availability.

A / Please use the contact form and send a message to ClickEshop support:

• your domain name
• your domain's authorization code (contact your current domain registrar)

Transfer is charged, the fee equals to annual domain fee.

B / Other settings will be provided for you

2) Change DNS A Record

A/ The second option is to use registrar DNS records. Send the following request to your domain registrar (company where is your domain hosted) to change the domain settings or use the admin interface for configuring DNS records if your registrar allows this possibility.

I would like to change the DNS settings [A] records for my domain

"my-domain.com" should be replaced by your real domain name.

Our tip:
If the domain also has a record type AAAA, this record must be deleted from the domain settings at another registrar. The domain can be set to AAAA (ipv6) only if the domain is transferred under clickeshop.

B/ After your registrar has made the mentioned changes to the DNS settings, contact us via the contact form ( click here .. ) with the information - the name of your new domain.
