How to set up MAIL SERVER
Sign in to ClickEshop administrator and click [Global Settings] - [Mail server].
If you are using ClickEshop Email hosting services:
- in the field Your email address: enter email on your own domain (it can't be free mail hosting email e.g. gmail)
- Username: enter the name that was sent after creating an email
- Password: enter the password that was sent after creating an email
- server SMTP host: mail.clickeshop.com
- server SMTP port: 587
- Connection secured by protocol: TLS
- mark the check box "Activate Emailing through the mail server (recommended!)" and click "save setup"
- click "Send a test mail"
- if the settings are set correctly, the system displays an information that the test email has been successfully sent and within a few minutes you will receive a testing email.
- In case that the system displays no information or displays warning, you have to set mail server settings correctly.
If you aren't using ClickEshop Email hosting services:
- in the field Your email address: enter email on your own domain (it can't be free mail hosting email e.g. gmail)
- all other values will you obtain from your domain registrar
- mark the check box "Activate Emailing through the mail server (recommended!)" and click "save setup"
- click "Send a test mail"
- if the settings are set correctly, the system displays an information that the test email has been successfully sent and within a few minutes you will receive a testing email
- In case that the system displays no information or displays warning, you have to set mail server settings correctly. Only your e-mail provider can check the correctness of the entered data
