Bulk order STATUS UPDATE
While processing a large number of orders you may enjoy the bulk order status update with automatic email sending.
Please follow the steps below:
- sign in into ClickEshop administrator and click [Customers] - [Orders / Invoices] to display received orders
- select orders whose status you want to change (tick the empty checkbox next to the printer icon)
- in drop-down menu "Batch changes" select "Change order status"
- system opens a new window where you will change the order status for all selected orders
system also offers the possibility to:
- send order status change notifications to customers
- attach invoice to email
- to confirm changes it is needed to click button [Save]
