Resest password for email
- Log in to your Clickeshop administration
- Click START and under "My projects" select "Email hosting" - "Email Management"
- Click on the email you want to restore or create a new password
- Press "generate new password". You will be asked again whether you want to generate a new password and the system will give you the possibility to send the password to another email address
Important: remember that the new password needs to be updated on each device where you use email (eg outlook, thunderbird, ..) and also in the mail server settings.
